PAYMENT

• Payment: We accept credit cards or contactless payment methods

• Out-of-Network: Blackhorse Psychiatry does not participate directly with insurance plans.

• Reimbursement Support: We provide detailed superbills (itemized receipts with diagnosis and billing codes) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible partial reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.

• Medicare/Medicaid: We are not enrolled with Medicare or Medicaid at this time.

• Flexible Spending Accounts: Many patients use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to pay for visits.

FEES

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation $450 (60–75 minutes)

Follow-Up / Medication Management Visits $200 (25–30 minutes)

Cancellation Policy

We ask that patients provide at least 24 business hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be billed at the full session rate.
